4. Bookings and Cancellations

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Where applicable, guarantees will be issued in writing following completion of works. Guarantees are subject to the property being maintained in accordance with our aftercare recommendations and are void if works are carried out by a third party on treated areas without our prior consent.
